The M/V Ahbra Franco is the second Tractor Tug built for Harley Marine Services and was delivered in 2013. with (2) CAT C-175 Tier 3 main engines coupled to Rolls Royce Z-Drives this vessel can maneuver any port. It is also outfitted with a Markey bow and stern winch both achieveing 90+ tons bollard pull.
